An Heirloom quality cane, this piece features the best of the "narra" tree native to S.E. Asia. The handle is some of our best quality red amboyna burl, which is actually narra burl from the narra tree but has the popular name of "Amboyna". Many exotic woods have multiple names for one species of wood, it can be confusing! The shaft is red bees wings figured narra wood; the name "bees wings" is an attempt to describe the curl-like chatoyant figure in the wood which can resemble a bee's wings in motion. Both the figured narra, and narra/amboyna burl in this cane are very rare, top quality specimens of this world famous species. To finish off an already amazing piece, the handle is capped at the end with genuine fossilized dinosaur bone from Utah! It is a stunning piece of ancient history with a beautiful pattern and colors. Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
