Figured Ebony and Obsidian Cane

$1,750.00

This piece has shockingly beautiful wood grains, lapidary accents, and timeless colors. The handle is the most figured ebony I have ever used, it's feather crotch figured and its grain is unrivaled in the world of ebony. Moreover its Mun ebony to be specific, which is one of the rarest species of ebony, adding to the uniqueness of the cane. The shaft is Sapele wood with quilt figuring, its highly chatoyant shows movement in the light. The divider and end pieces are "mahogany obsidian". This stone also plays nicely with light showing its depth and details, it is accompanied by copper and thin Honduran mahogany pieces. Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
