Rosewood, Ebony, and Tiger Eye Cane

Here is a stunning, heirloom quality cane with some exquisite woods and stone. The handle is the best Cocobolo rosewood from Mexico with a rich red color and black line figuring. The ends of the handle and divider are decorated with pieces of highly chatoyant Tiger Eye stone. Tiger eye interacts in a very dynamic way with light producing the effect of movement within the stone (Chatoyancy) which can’t be captured in still images. The shaft is a rare ebony species called appropriately called “Black and White ebony” and its the highest contrast wood In the world with pitch black veins running randomly through a bright creamy colored wood. This particular piece is very interestingly figured along its length. Cane weight is on the heavy end, these are dense and durable woods. Total length measures 38” and can be shortened to fit.
