A very attractive and eye-catching cane made using South American hardwoods in their natural colors. It can be hard to believe the Argentinian Osage orange handle is natural color, but this wood is bright, golden yellow, chatoyant, and yet also a dense and tough wood that makes good canes. The shaft is Peruvian walnut wood, not much different from North American walnut in appearance and properties, but quite a dark, handsome piece. This is a great daily use cane with an all natural oil finish that is velvety smooth and lustrous. Its weight is towards the lighter end, easily carried for long outings, but sturdy. Suitable for most anyone to use, it has the feel of a quality, handmade, hardwood cane. Total length measures 38” and cane be shortened to fit.
